Dr. Morton is currently the Overseer of Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church, New Orleans, LA and Changing A Generation Full Gospel Church, Atlanta, GA

Lady Dorotha Cezar is an Oklahoma Native. Previously a military spouse. Serving as State Director of Oklahoma, Regional Director of Southwest Region and appointed by Bishop Joseph W. Walker III in 2022 as the General Overseer of the Women's Fellowship.
She served with her husband in ministry Bishop Lester Mitcheal Cezar at the Historical

Lady Grant is currently serving the Louisiana FGBCFI State Director for the Daughters of the Promise where she oversees five districts. She also serves and supports alongside her husband, Bishop J. Anthony Grant as the Co-Founder of the Greater New Zion Full Gospel Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana where she has served as the Women’s Ministry leader for over 15 years. We know that Lady Angela Grant is a great fit for this position. She is building a team that will support to recruit the women of the fellowship to connect with the Daughter’s of the Promise.

Meet our Third Assistant of Programming ... Lady Edwina West-Dukes, a native of Fort Worth, is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and the University of Texas at Arlington. She is an anointed preacher, intercessor, and servant leader who answered the call to ministry in 2005.
Professionally, she has served in education in various capacities.
She is the founder of the Remembering Everyday Women’s (RED) Conference, impacting hundreds of women through encouragement and self-care, and serves as Regional Director for the Southwest Region of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International’s Daughters of the Promise. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., enjoys traveling and spending time with family, and never meets a stranger, “to know her is to love her.” She is the loving wife of General Overseer Montreal Dukes, M.Div., and the proud mother of Montreal II and Hamilton.
